Glycostem is looking for an energetic, proactive, flexible and internationally minded professional to support us as Office Manager who wants more.
We develop a new method to make cancer a chronic disease and can use some help. We are a Dutch company with about 10 employees that operates in Oss and we think globally. We are ambitious, believe in our product and want to fight cancer - this is what Glycostem is all about.
The basic responsibility for our new Office Manager is to ensure that Glycostem has a professionally run office with all that comes with that. In addition, there are human resources, administrative, business development, IT and financial service duties involved.
Just like us, you always strive for the best. You manage to keep a lot of plates spinning and support your colleagues because you are result-oriented, service-minded, accurate, flexible, and don’t have a 9-5 mentality. You are a natural team player, always striving for win-win outcomes. As Office Manager, you have:
- a bachelor’s degree Facility or Office Management;
- native English language skills or very strong English abilities;
- knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and internet/web-based applications; and
· 5-7 years working experience with a minimum of 2-3 years as Office Manager;
· work experience from a creative agency, biotech or IT company is desirable
- strong social and communication skills.
